Here at Jesse Brown’s, we see the annual Fly Fishing Film Tour (F3t) as the welcome mat to spring! This show travels all over North America, and is more than just a night out for the fly angler. The F3t is a candy land for the eyeballs of anyone who gets into the outdoors, travelers, fans of independent film & social folks looking for like-minded friends.
Recording this week’s Carolina Outdoors radio program, we spoke with Chris Keig of Boulder, CO. Chris has helped put on the Fly Fishing Film Tour for almost ten years now, so we figured he was a pretty good source for what all we’d be seeing when the show comes to Charlotte, March 18th. Chris let us know that this year’s show really does have something for just about everyone. This year they have a couple of movies regarding conservation, and some great human interest stories, and of course those epic fly fishing stories that are sure to get you stoked for getting outside!
Jesse Brown’s again hosts the Charlotte stop for the Fly Fishing Film Tour when it rolls into the Visulite Theatre on March 18th. This year, we’ve upped the ante with some drink specials courtesy of the Visulite, and a little bluegrass music from our friends Fudd and the Moonshine Racers. Yes, you can get your tickets at the door, or score them early with a visit to Jesse Brown’s!
See you at the show!
